There are a few reasons why we would automatically cancel your order.

1. Several days have passed since you’ve placed your order and we haven’t received a tracking number from you and haven’t received your hair.
2. The billing and shipping address doesn’t match on your order information

Closure wigs are glue-less. Frontals wigs may be worn glue-less  and will require some sort of install by a professional stylist.

Generally, a full head needs 10 to 22 inch: 2-3 bundles, 24 to 30 inch: 3-4 bundles

It depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, and then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

It may happen if the hair is too dry. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week.

Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Yes. The hair is made of 100% virgin so it can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair.

There might be color difference between different monitors. 

human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell. Human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul.

When burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.
