Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.

Orders over $300 will require a signature for delivery.

PROCESSING TIME for READY TO SHIP WIGS:

The Processing time is 2 to 3 days on Ready to ship wigs. Wigs need to be refreshed before sent out!

Our beautifully sorted out Ready to Ship Wigs can either be made by Hair by Elita Collection or Factory-Made,ensuring the same authentic 100% Premium Quality Human Hair.

 

PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM MADE WIGS:

10 to 14 business days to complete thereafter 2 to 3 business days to received. Expect some delays during holidays and sales period.

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

  • This time does not include the processing period

REFUNDS/RETURNS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

  • All Packages come with a Tracking number for you to track your packages.

•WRITE YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME ON YOUR PACKAGE AND KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER!!

•YOU HAVE ONE WEEK TO SEND IN THE HAIR AND UPDATE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, after ONE week you will be refunded and must replace your order.

 

The Wig construction services takes 7 to 10 business days to complete after receiving your hair and will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping (US Orders) with a tracking number.

 

Prior to placing an order please know and/or measure the size of your head so that your unit will be a perfect fit for you specifically. Most head sizes are 21” (small) 22” (average) 23” (large) (see Wig Size Chart) W ig Size Chart HERE

 

PLEASE NOTE: *If you need additional assistance please contact us for help before placing your order to ensure it’s correct.* I will not be responsible for ill fitting wigs due to poor measurements.

 

 

 

 REFUNDS/ EXCHANGE

There will be no refunds on our wigs construction services. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.
